YOUR QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I book my session?
There is no specific rule but we suggest booking newborn or baby sessions 2-3 months in advance to allow for planning and to ensure availability. 



What time of day do you schedule your sessions?
We have 4 Sessions a day available, 10:15am / 12:15pm / 2:15pm / 4:15 pm.

We also offer 7:30am Outdoor sessions during the warmer months of the year.



What should I wear for my session?
Upon booking, we will send you our wardrobe styling guide for the entire family where we provide guidance on what clothing photographs best. We will also go over your wardrobe  options during your pre-consultation.

We will walk you through the entire process of styling your family for your session! 



Is hair and makeup included?
We have hair and makeup available for you for an additional charge. We can help arrange the booking of your appointment during your pre-styling session.




Can I get all of the digital images from my session?
Yes! Most of our clients purchase digital files and printed artwork from their session. Whilst some may enjoy to look at thier images on a wall, We understand that others prefer to just have digital files. They are available a-la-cart√® or included with any artwork purchase.



When will I receive my artwork and images?
Depending on what you order on the day, Your artwork will be ready within 4-6 weeks of your viewing session. Digital images will take 1-2 weeks depending on order quantity.

 We will arrange for pickup at our studio, during week day and also offer one saturday per month for Pic-Up appointmernts.
